It was a standard interview that focused on reviewing my skill set and job experience knowledge. We reviewed my resume and a sample of technical writing I had produced. They asked me knowledge based questions. They asked me what I liked to do on my free time. I expressed what skills I could bring to the company and showed interest in growing in my career. I was interviewed by a panel of three managers. The interview ran an hour and half, it was positive. The tested my personality, job knowledge and desire to grow into my career.

Interview process took about 3-4 weeks. First was an interview with recruiter followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The final interview was with a panel of four working in the department. It was an easy-going process.

The hiring process generally takes a couple hours. You speak to between 5 and 10 people, usually get lunch, and may or may not be asked to make a presentation about one of your previous projects. You will meet with people of different staff levels so that both you and the employer and get an idea of if the company will be a good match.
