The interview process is long, but follows our proven method of hiring candidates for clients. This gives the candidate a chance to see our methods in action as well. The process will typically involve a phone interview, an in-person interview (1 hour), a half-day interview (includes 1 hr interview, team interview, side-by-side training, work-sample test), and then a team outing in a casual setting.

I had a friend who works here reach out to me and ask if I’d be interested in checking out potentially working here. I was looking for a new role at the time and agreed. He did the inital phone screen, taking notes and said I’d be a good fit even though it sounded like the position was a step up from what I was currently doing (Same field). He sent my information to his supervisor and we got a video interview scheduled. The interview went well because I explained I was already doing most of the tasks in this position at my current role, just without the title. Despite this, when I attempted to follow up with the supervisor, I got no response twice- apparently I’m not worth her time to send a simple email. I ended up going back to my friend in order to actually hear something whether it was a yes or no so I could move on either way. He let me know that apparently I don’t have the experience they are looking for but that there is a talent development associate role as well. I inquired about this and said that I would be interested in this as well to at least get a foot in the door. However, apparently they weren’t ever even hiring for it. An utter waste of time and complete deceivement. Why even waste both of our times to interview me and then say I don’t have enough experience? You could’ve seen that on my resume but the fact is I also did a majority of that role already just without the title and I explained that in the interview. Don’t recommend wasting your time at this place. The supervisor is very unprofessional and I question why she got the job she does in the first place quite honestly.
