There's an initial brief review of your resume, experience, education, etc. You're asked how you learned your 2nd language. Then there's a brief oral test where you're given a word in one language and asked to render it in the target language. Some of the words are simple medical terms (syringe) and others are common household words, i.e., roof tile. This is the easy part of interview. Then you're placed in a cubicle, and you're asked to listen to an audio file and transcribe it into English.The audio file is especially difficult to understand, but it's supposed to be that way. You are not going to understand everything. That's okay. Just make sure you punctuate well and can write well. If you can't, you will not be hired. Most people fail this part.
