Two stage interview. First interview with the recruiter, second interview with the head of the department. The interview with the recruiter was more conversational to get to know more about me and my general background. The second interview was with the head of the department and was also quite a relaxed interview. The conversation was more related to whether I was more data driven and enjoyed analyzing data on a day to day basis. There were also more behavioral elements to see whether my fit would be good for the team.
