4 rounds of interviews over the course of 1 month, met at least 20 employees (round-robin style in my 4th round), then was ghosted after being told the role was contingent on whether they signed a client. Really wish that detail was provided to me in the 1st or 2nd round, not when I was in the office 4th round meeting the full team. Then I was told they'd keep in touch, but it's been months now and I never heard back after several follow up attempts. As communications professionals, I would hope for & expect better communication.
