The phone screen went well but the phone interview felt weirdly hostile and aggressive. There was also no feedback and I had to follow up twice just to figure out what was going on. At the end of the phone interview, I was asked about my availability to come into the office (dates,etc.) Then it was just crickets. It is very unprofessional to not follow up at all. Even a generic email goes a long way.
