You must first pass an exam before you are asked to be interviewed. Typical interview questions. Depends on which manager interviews you on. If you are accepted, then you are brought in for a realistic job preview. Following all this there is collectively 6 weeks of out of town training required with several pass fail courses. It is possible to fail one of these courses and lose your position.
