I had an initial phone screen with their HR person. Shortly afterwards I met with the owner and CFO for about 2 hours and had good conversation, at least I thought. I was given a brief description of multiple organizations that I would be responsible for and given a tour of the facility. I know they checked 1 of the 3 references I submitted and then never heard from them again.
