I filled out the application on line. The recruiter called me two days later. asked me to do the phone screen with her. I did the phone screen. recruiter was rude and snarky. When I did the phone screen she repeatdly kept asking if I had two years of store management exeperience even though it stated on my resume that I was a manager on the last two jobs that I worked at. Also repeatedly kept saying the statement "if she chose to move my resume to the hiring manager (Rude and Snarky) it literally is so easy to just say yes I'm moving you to the next process or not instead of dangling the opportunity in my face. Then she proceeded to mispell my name multiple times on the text messages that she sent during followup about the next steps.as I said before this female Recruiter was Rude and Snarky. I ended up telling the recruiter that I would not be a good fit for the job not because I could not do the job but I felt like if recruitment was this rude I could only imagine what I would have to put up with unprofessionally if I were to actually work here. Glad I didn't take this job!!

Because of Covid and the mall being closed I did multiple interviews via FaceTime and over the phone. Interviewed with two district managers and regional. They were all very similar interviews questions and each lasted about 30-45 min.
