Fast and easy 3-round interview if you can show that you're energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ambitious with your goals. Leadership will be highly evaluated since they're looking for leaders. You won't have to worry about experience because you will be given hands-on training anyway, but it is still a plus.
Lots of people keep complaining about "job pitches." Well, it's marketing. It's basic. If you're in the industry, you'll understand that it's a common thing. So acknowledge it and just do your best.

You go into a small office outside Houston. I was excited about the prospects of this position until I realized that it is just another "multi level marketing" company: aka. A pyramid scheme. I've done it before and most people drop out. They try to take inexperienced young people and blind them with all the "possibilities" you can have when it's less than 1% while about 70% of people quit after 2 weeks. What a joke.
