During my recent interview, I encountered some concerns regarding the preparedness of the HR interviewer. Specifically: The interviewer asked several unrelated questions that did not pertain to the QA role I had applied for. They appeared unfamiliar with the responsibilities and expectations associated with a QA position. When I posed a specific question about the QA process, they were unable to provide an informed response. This left the impression that the interview was not well-prepared and did not reflect a clear understanding of the role being discussed.
