There was a quick phone interview first and then an in person interview where I was interviewed by around 8-10 people one by one in their office in Saint Petersburg. After taking off work for this, I was ghosted by the company. I would have loved to get some kind of feedback to know what I could do better in the future but I never heard anything back.
