They asked me to tell them about myself, what I do, and my familiarity with certain tools. They also asked if I was open to reporting onsite twice a week for a night shift schedule. I shared that I strongly prefer a 100% work-from-home setup. While they did offer that option, it came with no benefits such as HMO and others—which, for me, is a deal-breaker.

The process is swift where it starts with assessment, a phone call interview, and an interview with HR and the HOD. Okay and not too long the process, as long as you're open to learning and exploring
