I applied with a cover letter and resume to an online posting and heard from the Founder and CEO's assistant within 48 hours to schedule a phone interview with the Founder. The phone interview covered the expected what, why and why you? It lasted approximately an hour after some initial tech difficulties on their end. I followed up with a selection of writing samples, as discussed, with my thank you e-mail and then never heard back from anyone again. I followed up twice at the 3 week and 5 week mark and received radio silence. It has now been 3 months.
