you don’t interview really, you fill out their booklet which is effectively a repeat of your cv and only one or two written very simple questions. it’s such an easy process you don’t need to prepare for it. i don’t know anyone who’s applied, passed a DBS check and not been given a job.

Send cv after I saw job advertisement online. After few days (3 -4) got call to come for the interview. Employer was busy with other applicant so had to wait for half of the hour. Got to fill couple of tests to check knowledge of literacy and numeracy and to fill documents. Interviewer (employer) was friendly and nice. Had to pay in cash for online training and after I completed it (it took 3 days) got to go for work training (worked in care home 4 days, long shifts, without salary (worked for free)). Now I get to work 2 - 3 days in a week with long shifts. Salary are the same on day/night shifts.
