(Re:Tampa office) Was interviewed by 4 of the nicest and smartest people I’ve met in advertising. (Went to a second round of talks.) But no follow up at all, and no answers to emails. Maybe I wasn’t the perfect fit, which is totally fine, but a little communication or closure would have been appreciated. But don’t let this stop you from applying- this place seems a rare gem of warmth and humanity in an otherwise cold business.
