Applied via my university, got a call back for an interview within 48 hours. They asked me a few questions about me and my interests, set a date and time for the interview (Friday Morning). I wasn't sure where the office was exactly, so I left over an hour early to make sure I got there. The Interview was very relaxed, and my arriving early really sat well with them. I was hired on the spot and working within the week.
