About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Email Deliverability Consultant to join our team. You’ll be responsible for protecting and optimizing the email infrastructure that powers B2B outbound campaigns across multiple client environments.
In this role, you’ll own sender reputation, domain and IP health, inbox placement, and compliance while continuously improving deliverability performance. You’ll work closely with SDR, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure campaigns reach the inbox, scale effectively, and adapt to evolving mailbox provider requirements.

Proven track record in email deliverability within a B2B or outbound agency environment
Deep knowledge of DNS authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), IP/domain reputation management, and major ESP infrastructure
Demonstrated experience managing domain portfolios at scale, ideally 30+ sending domains across multiple clients or campaigns
Strong understanding of Google and Microsoft bulk sender requirements and their practical implications for cold outbound
Familiarity with AI-driven filtering and engagement-based deliverability signals
Hands-on experience with deliverability monitoring tools (Google Postmaster Tools, MXToolbox, GlockApps, or similar)
Experience with Outreach.io and its deliverability implications
Working knowledge of B2B data hygiene, list validation, suppression management, bounce handling
Clear communicator able to brief non-technical stakeholders on deliverability issues, risks, and fixes
Self-directed, able to manage complexity across multiple concurrent environments
