Arbor recently attended the 4th National Symposium on Innovation and Sustainable Real Estate and NYU-RICS Americas Conference at the NYU Stern School of Business in New York City to hear from industry leaders on trends shaping the future of the built environment. “I don't think the leaders of tomorrow need to necessarily become specialists in climate risk,” said Jonathan O'Kane, Vice President and Head of Research at Chandan Economics, and Arbor's research partner. “I think if we look at Europe as a model, they are ahead of us, but are also still working out the pricing model for these risks.
