I just had to share that eCommQuest is by FAR the easiest and most thoughtful recruiting company I have ever worked with. Justin worked with me to find the best fit for my skills in my desired rate range and location. After very little luck with job postings, I contacted ecomm and was placed within 1 week!! After I received the offer I was dreading the onboarding/T&E process, but ecomm shocked me. They provided me all onboarding documents in a single email and responded to my questions within 5 minutes! I really have nothing but good things to say about this company. If you work in the IT industry and have any trouble finding a job, you need to give ecomm a call.

They are small, but have BIG clients, so not really a con... If you want maximum exposure you should just post on Linkedin...
