      Ventajas

      Nothing as such except good health insurance and cafeteria which serves Indian food . When you start as a fresher they make you feel really comfortable

      Desventajas

      Lots of overtime work and you don’t get paid for those hours . Also the compensation is below market and no other benefits as such

      Ventajas

      Travel was great, got to use my own cc to book everything made a lot of points and status with companies. Mid year bonuses and end of year raise. Community within the company is great and helpful.

      Desventajas

      Onboarding training is too short and not enough to be well versed in the software. Had to do a lot of research and work on my own time to learn the software and medical terminology.

      Great people and great culture.

      Desventajas

      Disorganized. Deadlines often changed at a moments notice without any warning.
