I’m overwhelmed on thinking on where to even begin. In two days, this company lost more than 50% of its entire staff because of the tyrant founder/CEO Jim Brent. If you see a negative review from a past employee, it’s very likely accurate. If you see a positive review from an employee past the date of March 2023, this is likely damage control to try and bury the truth. If you enjoy being bullied, having close to zero benefits across the board, working for a company with ZERO structure and ZERO culture, being screamed at to feed ego, being told CONSTANTLY how you don’t matter and will/can be replaced, terrified if you will be let go on payday to account for the previous month’s company performance, have zero career path, never have your hard work be cared about, never make a raise, worry if you will be sued because of saying or doing the incorrect thing in leadership eyes, being forced to change the way you do things DAILY, be degraded as a human, and never reach the point of satisfaction as an employee because what you do will never be good enough…then devCodeCamp is the perfect company for you! This isn’t a stretch. If you see this, I BEG you to reconsider any potential employment with devCodeCamp. It’s HELL. I would rather work on a farm in the middle of the desert in 110 degree weather for 500 years straight than work for devCodeCamp and the gross CEO for another ten minutes of my life.
