Ventajas

I have been working for this company for a few months now, and it’s amazing. The environment is very peaceful, professional, clean and everyone in the office are hard workers. Everyone gets along in the office. We are all very bubbly, making everyone feel comfortable, we all help one another out, and very attentive to our callers. I was so grateful and excited to receive this job opportunity, especially while being in a nationwide pandemic. They offer you great hours, benefits, full time hours/ part time, and etc. I am very happy when I come to work and excited to grow with this company. Lastly, the supervisors are wonderful and HR. They are very helpful, attentive, understanding, and you can always go to them if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you CFocus!!!!

Desventajas

There are no cons for me. I am truly grateful and blessed to have this job opportunity.

Ventajas

Excellent benefits with the company paying a large portion of the cost. Flexible schedule. Loves to promote from within!

Desventajas

Government clearance process slows the hiring down if you are not already cleared.

Poor leadership in my contract. However, I've heard positive things about their leadership in other contracts.
