Ventajas

Flexible work schedule is all I can speak of.

Desventajas

Benefits are terrible and new CEO is not an honest man. Every day I go into the office I expect for the doors to be locked by the landlord and vendors waiting to retrieve their goods. Negative working environment, mostly brought on by fear that we cannot meet our revenue targets to make payroll.

Occasionally slightly chaotic and harder for interns to find grounding.

-good equipment and facility -free lunches while i was there -lots of good people

Desventajas

-pace is crazy -sales and c-suite are super ambitious and overly optimistic about what the engineering team can accomplish -needs better structural planning since there's a lot of reactive decisions
