Desventajas
More clique-y than a High School movie. Claims to want outside perspectives but only wants dirt racing diehards and will disrespect you for your lack of racing knowledge, regardless if you are their supervisor or not. No interdepartmental communication or even assistance (I was told I was the ONLY person ever to offer help to a team that wasn't mine). Literally was never even formally introduced to the CEO upon hiring. So disorganized to the point where I had to use my own laptop because they failed to ever order one for me. Quickly evident that there is zero opportunity for growth unless you are part of the old boys club. And the kicker: DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE FAMILY ORIENTED. They do not care about you as a person in the slightest, evidenced by them laying me off a week before my daughter was born and days before going on paternity leave (the only person in the department to get laid off).
