There are lot of great reasons to work at WPI. 1. The place is filled with very smart and interesting people. 2. You can sit in on classes with professor permission. I never had one deny me. 3. You can get financial breaks to get a BS or MS 4. Nice athletic facilities 5. Students are a joy. 6. Some of the best conversations I've had in a long time 7. You can participate in research and write papers 8. Pretty campus 9. Free seminars 10. Some time flexibility 11. Decent benefits
Desventajas
Pay is the the worse thing about working in any academic place. Salaries are about 3/4 what you would expect elsewhere. Since pay is often grant base, it can disappear.
