Ventajas

This is a decent way to start your IT career. If you're in need of Help Desk/IT experience, you'll get a lot of it if you work in the Help Desk department. Other than that, most of the everyday employees were pretty decent. It is a pretty standard 8-5 with weekends and holidays off.

Desventajas

Management for this company is garbage, at least when I was there. You have to haggle for even the smallest raise, they purposely set sales goals to be missed to avoid paying bonuses, the benefits are expensive and lackluster. They don't have any real long-term employees besides the owners, if that says enough.

The work hours are your standard 8-5. As Video Insight, this company had a more focused approach on how to get things done.

Desventajas

However, as Panasonic, this place is a complete mess. They want more, more, more out of their employees and yet provide little to no training or ideas on how to get the numbers they want, especially since they charge more than the competition and buy their own product from the mother company in Japan. One sales team? No, never. North team? South team? Why, yes! Let's split them up to appease our two former sales vice presidents? Two separate inside sales managers? Competition with your own rep firms? Buying the product from Panasonic in Japan and selling it to integrators across the country that actually do the install work? The most pathetic middle man job ever. Don't forget, there is even a guy who gets paid to read public documents all day long, highlight the "important stuff", copy and paste it into an email, and send it out to the sales team... Keep up the great work guys and here's to hoping that you may actually get your stuff together in the future. Cheers!
