The performance based pay was alright,
Desventajas
However the performance based pay was heavily sabotaged by other colleagues and cut by the manager if they felt like it. Moreover the amount of unpaid extra work time is unbearable. Especially if you had to do a Saturday morning after Friday afternoon that ended in overtime already.
