Staff and Management are excellent, people work together as a team effort which is very refreshing. Colleagues are very helpful if you need assistance at any stage of your career, genuine great place to work. If you are looking for an enjoyable, versatile, and busy environment and you are willing to put in the hours and hard work then Unity is the place for you. If you are not willing to knuckle down and get on with the job then look else where. You are given independence to uncover opportunities, there is no real rigid rules in place to doing things a certain way. Management are open to things you have to say in relation to new ideas etc, again this is unusual in IT organisations that have been around for a while, unity genuinely cares about its customers and reputation and customer satisfaction is number 1
