      Vertical growth can be difficult and take time unless someone is leaving at the right time for you. Company may make decisions that benefits their self interest at your expense.

      Ventajas

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Desventajas

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
