Steady,solid benefits. Our cost of health insurance stayed the same this year and the coverage was increased. They make safety a constant and never give you grief for taking time to address health issues.

Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
