Lack of accountability: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Empleado anónimo en UC Riverside

I am appalled at the lack of accountability I have seen at UCR. Graduate students and postdocs are used and discarded without regard for their careers. Some faculty's lack of ethics and a system designed to protect them makes this a very bad place to grow. Fortunately not all faculty is the same but some bad apples spoil the whole bunch.
