      Ventajas

      The company is in growth mode. The people in this company are very loyal and easy to work with. Each department is dedicated to achieving their goals and the cross-functional interaction is good. The offices are excellent. Administration is tops. The events and company meetings are super.

      Desventajas

      Decisions are not made quickly. Calibration of talent is not especially strong, which results in missed opportunities and lost time.

      great people and cool technology; nice location and offices as well...right across the street from Sports & Health Worldgate, very convenient to access DC Metro area or west past Leesburg

      After the honeymoon period, too much bureacracy imposed...reporting requirements were onerous...agility evaporated...
