Ventajas

Meet a lot of customers, easy to learn computer system,not really nothing positive.

Desventajas

pay, benefits, bonuses,management, employee hierarchy, human resournces suck, the regional manager is never there unless you are at a suffering store,alot of after hour work, have to drop everything for corporate account. saw alot of unfair and unethical practices from employee, management and senior managment. They have a attitude that you are replacable and that you better make them metal and as i was told move the metal off the lot.

Helpful management to lead you; friendly competition to earn commissions based on sales.

Desventajas

Management change to Enterprise in 2015 - complete transformation of business, and not all for the best. Many co-workers were laid off, and many customers refused to rent any longer because of how strict and standoffish the employees from Enterprise were.
