      Ventajas

      The opportunity to grow your career skillset while simultaneously contributing the growth of a small startup. Each employee is valuable to the company as a whole. Also, everyone I have spoken to has been supportive and friendly

      Desventajas

      My dissatisfaction is a result of being let go by the company in a short time after I had turned into them a couple months worth of content and strategy proposals with concrete ideas. While my firing is a result of another employee stepping down, I was disappointed that the response was to let me go as well instead of seeing my value as an employee.

      The team is extremely purpose driven, assists small-large scale businesses win, helps the community, offers an incredible work culture that feels like family, and a patient onboarding process. Working for this company has brought more purpose and value to my life.

      Ventajas

      - WeWork Membership - Operations Manager was the best. He really cared about employee success and growth which is hard to find. - Small Team - Lot's of camaraderie - Companies with a really cool purpose that make actual impact. It's not just about sales.

      Desventajas

      - Job Description during interview process was different from actual day to day job - Lot's of unspoken expectations and quick turnarounds - CEO's give out "know it all vibes" but it's a start up and that's to be expected - Getting hired here means working for 2 companies for the price of 1 which can be overwhelming at times
