Poor upper management. They will wait years to give you a review, and only if you ask for one. They don't listen or take suggestions/feedback from employees. Constantly cutting budgets, moving employee positions to reduce employees' wages.

4 days on 3 days off. Lots of overtime offered.

Terrible management. Horrible benefits (health insurance is worthless). Underpaid. Lazy co-workers. Absolutely no incentives or bonuses for production.
