Ventajas

The site is not too far from my hometown and work from home is an option.

Desventajas

They dont provide benefits like transportation. No salary rise. Payment is in dollars and has been a real loss due the exchange currency. No empathy at all. Bathrooms on site are terrible.

Ventajas

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Desventajas

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
