Ventajas

Target does a great job of accommodating for their employees when it comes to education. From a retail standpoint, scheduling is fair (work every other weekend and close one weekday). District Managers and Group VP's seem like they really care about their stores and managers. I love that the Target culture is focused around being fast, fun and friendly. Plenty of in-store activities to keep employees excited to come to work.

Desventajas

The workload for it's managers can seem unreasonable at times (not the same at all Targets-depends on the size). Managers that express interest in advancing within the company are not kept well informed on how their progress has been to get to the next level. As a manager, your performance will be judged by not just your individual performance but how your team performs.
