Ventajas

You can earn a paycheck.

Desventajas

If your looking for a career this is not the place to work. The training does not give you what you need to be successful. If you offer process improvement you will hear "we've had those suggestions or that's not what the client wants. Once you make a mistake on something you were not trained on or something you have not dealt with much it counts against you.

Very accomplishing environment, I enjoyed speaking with customers.

Desventajas

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Ventajas

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Desventajas

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
