      Ventajas

      I can't imagine a better place to work. Challenging projects, talented developers, supporting executives and team that cares about the outcome. You feel that you have an impact on the product and work with the customer as equals. Unique loft office, flexible hours for real and easy-going atmosphere are also worth mentioning.

      Desventajas

      It's not a place for people without ambition, if that can be con :)

It's very important to be surrounded by people who share the same enthusiasm as you. I've got great support from management in my off work activities, like writing articles and giving talks. You want to try some new framework or technology? Just give it a shot - that's what management says. Additionally, this company takes your opinion into account. You have a real impact on how company works and grows!

      Desventajas

      There were some workload issues. Projects are not challenging only in terms of difficulty but also in terms of deadlines.
