Ventajas

-Excellent pay, just about as good as you can ask for - Wonderful work culture - LOTS of potential, revenue and experience/upward movement

Desventajas

-The grind is real -Expected to work 110% both during and after work hours, it is a con because sometimes it can be very very difficult to keep up energy and drive for some. If you have a high drive to make money and succeed, ignore this -At times management styles can feel as if the managers are selling to you and you can feel cornered as if there is nothing acceptable to say.
