They will offer you a salary which is less than half of what you deserve and try to sweeten the deal with a fancy title which holds no value 4. They will incessantly push you to accept their offer. They will never re look at the numbers but want you to be flexible 5. They’ll give a great CTC, but disguise it in a way that makes no sense. Only 50% of CTC will be fixed, rest is 5-6 types of variables Huge red flags and not a place to ever even consider being a part of
