Desventajas
Micro-Management - It's the CEO's way or nothing. Horrible environment during meetings with the CEO. No discussion - he'll ask for feedback and then make you feel like an idiot for suggesting something. So the next time there's a meeting, you keep quiet. One-Way street for input. He talks...you listen and do as he says. No management layers. Sales-Marketing-Operations-Manufacturing, etc - they all answer to one person. And when he decides to leave or not make himself available, you don't get an answer and the customer service suffers. In addition, you lose business. Not open to ideas unless it's his.
