I was told by many employees that the owner was complaining when I took paid family leave for my child who was born with health issues. I was fired a year later with no official reasoning, owner told me I needed too much flexibility 3 months after firing me.
This is the type of place that this business is, this is the type of owner who the owner is, and nothing will ever change – I worked here for eight years.
They have a habit of firing people when they don't want them anymore – no reason is ever given and it's a very uncomfortable work environment for all of the engineers.
Leadership makes fun of all employees behind closed doors - they have no respect for the employees.
