Ventajas

Remote work, many internal resources, and a good amount of time off.

Desventajas

Culture has changed a lot in the last year. It began when an CRO was hired and our commissions were cut down significantly. I had four bosses in under two years and constantly changed books of business. Spent more time filling out documentation on what I was doing and why than actually doing the job. Was once a company that cared about its employees, now it’s just about the bottom line.

Ventajas

Everything done today is in the name of investor returns once they go public. It's a challenge to name many positive aspects lately. There was a time when StackAdapt truly buzzed with energy — everyone seemed to enjoy their work and got along well. Unfortunately, that vibe has significantly faded over time. If you're thinking about joining, it's a good idea to make sure you know what you're getting into.

Desventajas

Leadership quality has drastically declined, and it’s clear that many sales managers in these roles are unfit for their positions. They contribute very little, take credit for successes that aren’t theirs, and dodge accountability when things go wrong. On the product front, StackAdapt lacks meaningful differentiation from its competitors.
