Ventajas
Not following any process, They will make employees run for getting this done. Mainly finance people are waste They behave like they are giving salary and other thinks from their home. After leaving the company, Since 7 months I am running like a dog behind them to gets thinks done. they hold my salary and they told I will get it on final settlement. I had 5 days leave balance and they stopped me re leave early, stated they will pay me for that. I got my pending salary without my leave balance payed after flowing with them more than 90 days. now they are making me run like anything to get my pf even after sending all required. I dont think PF office will not take this long to process this.
Desventajas
will never be good place for the people with good knowledge.
