Ventajas
Innovation and input are not only encouraged at every level but expected - with the primary goal being serving our clients. Management (ownership) are on site and accessible, and truly value all of us not just as employees but as contributors to/part of this shared goal. Our "home" is welcoming, beautiful, and the technology is cutting edge; and we have an informal and collegial atmosphere with our very own "Culture Club" that promotes team activities designed to get us together in cross-department teams so that we all know each other. Of course, we have potlucks, and special lunches and celebrations, and kudos are freely given too through slack communication to everyone. Our dogs come to visit on Furry Fridays, and impromptu foosball and shuffleboard challenges happen daily - All of this adds up to a place that I love to spend my time during the week, and where I feel valued not just professionally but as a person! I brag about this company, am very proud to be here, and have encouraged friends to join us as employees.
Desventajas
Our building, while beautiful, is 140 years old and can be drafty in certain areas during winter. However, this is nothing a SASid fleece can't solve.
