Ventajas
When I first started, everyone had a steady flow of incoming calls, anywhere from 15-25 calls a day. This meant that everyone had many opportunities to both meet and exceed sales goals.
Desventajas
Got laid off due to the company outsourcing the jobs overseas. My guess is that the reason for this is that the call flow had slowed down significantly, to the point that it was a shock if someone had more than 12 calls in a day.
