      Ventajas

      This is a partially distributed team so the freedom and flexibility are nearly endless. I've worked for this company from all over the world. The company is very young and growing rapidly. That means there is a lot going on and plenty of room to find your place within this the team. Things are constantly changing and developing so initiative, ideas and talent are valued.

      Desventajas

      Because it is a young and growing company, processes are not always established. This might be uncomfortable for people who thrive on stability.

      Ventajas

      SignRequest is an international oriented scale-up based in Amsterdam. The team is young and diverse. The TQ building we're working in is centrally based in the city center with other tech start-ups and scale-ups. The working climate is nice and the team is very involved. Not too much hierarchy and a lot of room to grow in your job and as a person. The mindset is start-up like: when you see an opportunity, go for it!
