Ventajas

Good place to learn basic marketing skills. They hire great people. Free whiskey. Makes your resume look very good because of all the task you have to do!

Desventajas

Employees are overworked. Management manipulates employees, especially those in leadership positions. Extremely toxic work place. Not a safe place for women to work, many women have reported being told BY MANAGEMENT that management is “tougher on women.” Background checks are not performed and when safty concerns are expressed about male coworkers women are told they are over reacting. Huge “boys club” culture, if you commit your Friday afternoons to drinking with the owner then you will have an amazing time at Sharpnet. Most are given an unmanageable workload with expectations to make it work. If you tell management anything personal they will tell everyone and use it against you so beware!

Ventajas

- Great place to learn - Start easy - work with small/medium sized businesses

Desventajas

This agency has a disgusting work culture stemming from the top. Nepotism, bullying, and manipulation run rampant and funnels down to standard team members. The work itself is manageable and can be fullfilling, but upper management creates chaos and fuels a toxic work environment that will drive you crazy. Everything from SH, racism, misogyny, all go unchecked because there is no real HR department and senior employees get the golden spoon treatment. Its obvious there are no plans for growth, just staying status quo and floating above water for the CEO to retire comfortably.
